Embracing the Theme: Next 10 – Decade of Destiny
At the heart of Dream Conference 2026 stands the powerful theme, Next 10: Decade of Destiny. We aim to dive deep into how God is preparing each of us for the coming years, equipping believers with the tools to envision and pursue His plans. Think about it as a focused exploration of our Fall Campaign, where we believe the Lord has unique blessings and opportunities stored up for you. This isn’t just about dreaming big; it’s about aligning those dreams with divine direction to impact lives around you.
The Bible reminds us in Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” This verse captures the essence of our theme perfectly.
As we gather, we’ll unpack practical ways to cast a vision for your next decade, whether you’re guiding a household, running a business, or serving faithfully in your community. Over the years, countless leaders have discovered fresh anointing through experiences like this, emerging ready to step into their destiny with renewed confidence.
Meet the Dynamic Speakers
One of the highlights of Dream Conference is the lineup of speakers who bring wisdom, passion, and real-life stories to the stage. This year, we’re thrilled to feature voices that have shaped ministries and lives across the globe. Tommy Barnett, our beloved Global Pastor here at Dream City Church, will share insights from decades of leading with faith. Jentezen Franklin, Senior Pastor of Free Chapel, joins us to inspire with his messages on breakthrough and spiritual growth. And Jurgen Matthesius from Awaken Church will offer perspectives on living boldly for Christ in today’s world.
We’re also excited about additional speakers like Jabin Chavez of City Light Church, Marcus Mecum from 7 Hills Church, and Terri Savelle of Terri Savelle-Foy Ministries. Each brings a unique angle on leadership and faith. And don’t overlook our pre-conference speaker, Joyce Meyer, whose teachings on overcoming challenges and embracing joy have touched millions. These individuals aren’t just talking about theory; they’ve walked the path and seen God move in extraordinary ways. Hearing from them will spark ideas and motivation to apply in your own life.
What You’ll Experience: Sessions, Labs, and More
Dream Conference 2026 spans three impactful days, starting on March 2 at Dream City Church. From morning sessions to evening gatherings, the schedule is packed with opportunities for growth. Main sessions will focus on vision-casting and spiritual equipping, while our conference labs provide hands-on workshops tailored for success in ministry or business. These labs cover topics like building effective teams, navigating cultural challenges, and fostering community outreach, all designed to inspire and equip you for real-world applications.
Picture yourself in breakout groups discussing strategies to contend for your community amid everyday chaos, or learning how to empower others through faith-based leadership. It’s a blend of inspiration and practicality that has helped thousands over the decades. We’ll lean into the truth of the Scriptures, helping you develop a clear, God-centered vision that sustains and propels you forward. Plus, with connections to our broader ministries, you’ll see firsthand how faith translates into action, from helping those in need to building global networks.
The venue itself adds to the experience. Held on our expansive 72-acre campus in Phoenix, Dream City Church is more than a building; it’s a hub of transformation. Our facilities support everything from large worship gatherings to intimate workshops, and we’re surrounded by the beauty of Shadow Mountain Preserve. If you’re traveling in, nearby accommodations make it easy to stay close and immerse yourself fully. This setting fosters those mountain-top moments where you encounter God in fresh ways, much like the divine encounters we’ve seen in past conferences.
